What does our warranty cover?
- Color fading. If the artwork on your phone case fades within 12 months of purchase under normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge.
- Manufacturing defects. This includes issues like misaligned prints or other production-related flaws. These issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- This warranty only applies to the original item. Products that have been issued as a warranty replacement are no longer subject to this policy.
What isn’t covered?
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches or scuffs from daily use).
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., harsh chemicals, prolonged UV exposure, etc).
How to make a warranty claim?

- Provide proof. Include your order number, a high resolution photo or video of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
- Resolution. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. Approved claims will receive a replacement items (identical to the original order) at no cost.
